A half day module with Peter Hanke and his Oxford/Copenhagen vocal ensemble for executive education making use of the conducting masterclass format combined with philosophical coaching.
Sitting blended in amongst the singers the participants are invited to explore their leadership by taking the role as the conductor in front of the group of professional singers. With a high level of transparency deep and essential aspects of personal preferences as a leader, power relations, followership, sense of timing and decision making in specialised organisations are put in the spotlight.

The concept and workshop is Peter Hanke’s most successful and has been performed at leader courses in more than 25 companies in the UK, Denmark, Holland, Sweden, Slovenia and Norway since 2003 – among these are:
